WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Banner/Oscar Student Information Systems will be unavailable to facilitate financial year-end close processing. The service will be unavailable to users Tuesday, June 30, between 3:00pm and 11:00pm.
WHO IS AFFECTED BY THIS INTERRUPTION?
All users of Banner/Oscar as well as Banner Imaging, as well as some report users accessing BPROD, and ancillary system interfaces (Global ECS interface to Banner, TouchNet, Slate, Canvas, Grade Adapter, DegreeWorks, etc.), will be affected during the service interruption window.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Log off Banner student systems by 3:00pm on June 30th. All users will be able to access the Student Information Systems normally after 11:00pm. A notice will be sent to the recipients of this announcement once services are restored.
