- Banner Downtime: Saturday, Aug. 1st
Banner Production (BPROD) is scheduled to be unavailable on Saturday (Aug. 1st) from 9:00 AM until approximately noon the same day. This is so that Enterprise Applications & Data Integrations (EADI) may install multiple Financial Aid releases mandatory for Fall 2026 awarding. The downtime will affect Banner access to the database, Application Navigator/Admin Pages, Faculty Self-Service, Communication Management, Attendance Tracking, Events Management, Banner 8 Self-Service, Banner 9 Self-Service and all ancillary systems that interface with Banner (examples: TouchNet, Parchment, GlobalECS submitted jobs, Axiom loads, EDW and more).

OIT will be patching the Operating Systems for both Banner Production (BPROD) and DegreeWorks Production systems on August 6th starting at 8:00 PM. Application clients (VMs) and database servers will be patched. The downtime will affect Banner access to the database, Application Navigator/Admin Pages, Faculty Self-Service, Communication Management, Attendance Tracking, Events Management, Banner 8 Self-Service, Banner 9 Self-Service and all ancillary systems that interface with Banner (examples: TouchNet, Parchment, GlobalECS submitted jobs, Axiom loads, EDW and more). DegreeWorks database and clients will also be unavailable during this time. Patching is expected to be completed by 6:00 AM on Friday (August 7th).
